连接卡件冲压工艺及模具设计
摘要
进入20世纪90年代以来,各式各样的五金件成为了主流。由于在生活中许多都要用到五金件,因此,五金冲压模具将不断发展,在近几十年里会有突飞猛进的成果。通过翻阅这些参考资料和文献,深入了解了当代的模具先进制造技术和冲压成型技术。查找整理资料后,对一些模具设计实例有了解与学习,进一步学习了冲压模具设计的方法,并能对模具设计的成本价格做出估算,从而对模具设计有了方向性的指导。
本次课题为连接卡件冲压工艺及模具设计,通过对深入学习,对此零部件模具设计时的设计方式有了雏形。,先分析零件的冲压工艺;确定模具的总体结构;结合零件的冲压工艺及模具的总体结构设计排样图;根据排样图,计算利用率、冲载力、压力、选用设备及刃口的尺寸。根据资料再用AutoCAD,对模具进行设计,然后绘出装配图和零件图进行标注,并编制零件的加工工艺卡,使理论和生产实际知识综合运用,从而培养和提高了我独立工作的能力。
