校徽内形冲压模具设计 摘要 模具技术水平的高低是衡量一个国家制造业水平的重要标志之一,模具是高新技术产业的重要组成部分,是工业生产的基础装备。模具技术是一门综合性很强精密基础工艺装配技术,涉及新技术,新工艺,新材料,新设备的开发与推广应用;是冶金,材料,计量,机电一体化等多门学科以及铸造,锻造,热处理,机加工,检测等多工种共同打造的系统工程。用模具生产制品具有高效率,高一致性,高精度,高复杂性,低消耗等特点。模具制造业以成为与高新技术产业为依托的产业。 我国模具正保持年均的比例增长,随着改革开放所带来的经济发张,我国模具总产值仅次于日本,美国之后。在深圳周边及珠三角地区聚集了6000多家模具企业,从业人员超过20万人。已连续在深圳举办了五届的华南国际模具展,吸引了25个国家和地区的1000多家企业参加,是当今中国最具专业化、国际化水准的模具工业展会。广东也即将成为世界五金工具模具中心。越来越多发达国家的模具正向我国转移,从而加剧了该专业人口的缺乏。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对汽车领域,电子领域,医疗领域,办公领域,航空领域的依附性加大,而这些行业对模具的依附性确相当的大如:汽车的更新换代,航空的钣金成型,电子产品的塑料成型等。与发达国建相比我国模具的创新性不够,一些先进技术依旧没有掌握,模具的标准化还在完善之中,一些先进的设备依旧需要进口,而这些先进的技术设备大部分集中在国有企业,生产条件还依旧落后,一些小企业依旧沿用着手工操作+机械化;对大,高精密模具依旧需要进口,而自主设计的模具从使用寿命,使用性能上依旧落后余发达国家;然而在模具材料以及加工所用的大部分刀具,依旧需要进口。 展望未来,随着时代进步,新时代人们对模具更高的要求,加工上追求:高速度,高精度,高质量;使用上追求:高性能;当然面对这些新时代所提出的新口号,传统的加工方式难以满足模具人员的需求;随着模具的智能化,以及现在流行的一些加工方式,一些专家预测模具的加工技术将会将会朝着下列一些技术发展:1.全面推进技术;2.高速铣削加工技术;3.模具扫描及数字技术化;4.电火花铣削加工技术;5.提高模具标准化程度;6.优质材料表面处理技术;7.模具研磨抛光自动化,智能化技术;8.模具自动加工技术;9.打印技术。将来的模具无论从使用寿命,加工性能上远远优越现在的模具。当然对将来的模具人员的要求的整体要求也将越来越高。 此次设计所做的题目是校徽内形设计,而整个校徽成品可用于,赠送于新入学的同学,或者是要离校的同学,或者是嘉宾,让他们为自己的母校留下美丽的怀念,为所到的学校留下一份珍贵的回忆;这样一来他们既有回忆的实物,当他们拿到这校徽时又何尝不是一件美事。此次所做的成品为金属,因此此次所做模具为冲压模具设计。 模具在我国被称之为“百业之母”,德国称之为“金属加工中的帝王”,有的国家甚至称之为印钞机;我相信我们的日常生活离不开他,模具会为其他行业奠定扎实的基础,也必将创造出属于他自己真实而又巨大的价值。 关键词:标志,高速度,高精度,高性能,依赖性,智能化,价值 ABSTRACT Mould tech
