3米高油茶树采摘臂及固定机构设计 摘要 随着我国科学技术的不断飞跃,农业机械化也越来越普及,这不仅有效的降低了生产成本和减少了农民的劳动强度,而且大大提高了农业生产力。现在,我国对食品安全十分重视,而油茶是一种十分健康营养的油类,十分受民众欢迎。油茶树已经成为了多个地区的主要经济作物,而采摘茶油果还是采用用人工攀爬采摘和用枝杆拍打的方式采摘,这不仅效率低,而且农民的人身安全有一定的风险,而采摘机械化就显得十分重要了。 机械化采摘的机构分为采摘头、采摘臂、底盘等机构组成,这次我主要对采摘臂的机构进行设计。在采摘果子时,采摘臂对于对于整个采摘机是十分重要的一个零件。这次我设计的采摘臂有两个主臂和一个副臂,这样可以更加灵活的对油茶果进行采摘。 这次设计的内容涉及材料力学、机械设计学,在设计好采摘臂结构尺寸后,还对采摘臂进行力学分析,提高机构可行性。 关键词:采摘臂;采摘机械化;力学分析 ABSTRACT With the co
